Why sign up?
If you sign up for a my account you can:
- View and track your online requests/orders at anytime - including bulky waste orders, noise complaints, bin days and more.
- See a history of past requests/orders.
- Send messages about your requests, without having to complete another form, send an email or call us.
- Attach documents/upload photos to support requests/orders after you submit an online form.
- Log straight into your council tax, benefits or business rate account, without having to remember two usernames and passwords.
How to sign up
- It's really easy to register - it takes less than a minute.
- You'll need to enter your email and then follow the links in the email to register.
- You will then be taken to your my account home page, where you will be able to see forms you have submitted, local information and more.
- To sign in thereafter, click on the my account link in the top bar.
How to link your council tax, benefits or business rates account
- To link your council tax and or benefits account to your my account, click on the purple register/view my council tax and/or benefits account on the top right hand side of the screen.
- You will then be taken to the council tax, benefits and business rates account homepage.
- To link your my account click on the 'My account details' link just below the image and follow the screens to register.
- You'll need your first name, last name and your council tax or business rates reference number handy (which can be found on the bills/letters we have sent you about your account).
