Why sign up?

If you sign up for a my account you can:

  1. View and track your online requests/orders at anytime - including bulky waste orders, noise complaints, bin days and more. 
  2. See a history of past requests/orders.
  3. Send messages about your requests, without having to complete another form, send an email or call us.
  4. Attach documents/upload photos to support requests/orders after you submit an online form.
  5. Log straight into your council tax, benefits or business rate account, without having to remember two usernames and passwords.

How to sign up

  1. It's really easy to register - it takes less than a minute. 
  2. You'll need to enter your email and then follow the links in the email to register.
  3. You will then be taken to your my account home page, where you will be able to see forms you have submitted, local information and more.
  4. To sign in thereafter, click on the my account link in the top bar.

How to link your council tax, benefits or business rates account

  1. To link your council tax and or benefits account to your my account, click on the purple register/view my council tax and/or benefits account on the top right hand side of the screen.
  2. You will then be taken to the council tax, benefits and business rates account homepage.
  3. To link your my account click on the 'My account details' link just below the image and follow the screens to register.
  4. You'll need your first name, last name and your council tax or business rates reference number handy (which can be found on the bills/letters we have sent you about your account).
