Report dog fouling/request enforcement

Key facts:

We take a hard line in relation to dog fouling and believe people should clear up after their dog. Where possible we will take enforcement action and fine people who fail to clear up after their dog(s) on district council owned land or adopted highways.

Depending on the severity of the issue you report, we will either send out a crew to address it as soon as possible, or address it when our team is next in the area, which is normally within 7 days.

You can also use this form to ask us to carry out enforcement action - for example if it is a repeated issue.

As part of this form, we will ask you for your email address. This is so we can keep you up to date on what we will do to resolve/address your issue.

Please fill in this form to report dog fouling on district council owned land or adopted highways. If the dog fouling is on private land, please contact the landowner.
