Use this form to submit a request to receive an additional blue recycling bag.
We are committed to encouraging recycling - as part of this, we can provide extra blue/recycling bags free of charge. We will get the bag to you as soon as we can.
Excess card and paper can be left to the side of the bag/bin on collection day and it will be taken. Please do not put it in a plastic bag. Please note any excess card should be broken down/folded down and secured/tied into blue bag size (approximately 40cm x 40cm x 40cm) bundles for the crew, then leave it stacked neatly and secured next to your bag. This helps our crew dispose of it safely.
You may have recycling collections before your bag arrives. We will collect excess cardboard recycling from the side of your bin/bag.
Excess paper and card waste can be presented:
- Tied with string (for card),
- in a cardboard box which we will also recycle,
- or in a non-recyclable bag/box that we will return to the collection point along with your bag.
