Only use this payment form if you are paying a fine issued by Lichfield District Council within the payment period stated in your letter:
- within 14 days of the date of the letter for offences relating to the Environmental Protection Act, Control of Pollution Act, or Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act.
- within 15 days of the date of the letter for offences relating to the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act or abandoning a vehicle.
