Appeal a housing benefits decision
When you receive a decision about housing benefits from us, please check your notification letters carefully.
These will show all the details that have been used to calculate your entitlement.
If you want to know more about our decision, or if you think it is wrong, you can dispute our decision within one calendar month of the date of your decision letter. If after disputing our decision, you still disagree, you can then appeal.
