We are carrying out a review of some housing benefit claims for pensioners who are not receiving Pension Credit.
To help us with this, a third party company is working on our behalf. They may contact you and send you a short form to check that your circumstances are still correct.
What you need to do
If you receive a review form, please:
- Complete it fully
- Sign it
- Return it to us as soon as possible
If the form is not returned, your housing Benefit payments may be suspended or even cancelled.
Changes of circumstances can also be reported online.
Why is this happening?
Many of these claims have already been reviewed within the last 12 months. However, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has asked us to review them again this year.
