You can check the ‘rateable value’ of your property - this is set by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) and used us calculate your business rates bill. If you wish to appeal your ratable value for the 2023 rating list, you must appeal by the 31 March 2026 to the VOA.

  • challenge the rateable value if eligible
