Competition terms and conditions
- This giveaway is open to residents of Lichfield District aged 16 or over. Employees of Lichfield District Council or any partner organisations involved in this promotion are not eligible to enter.
- The giveaway runs from Wednesday 7 May 2025 to Friday 30 May 2025 - entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
- To enter, participants must complete the official competition entry form.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- The available prizes are listed above.
- Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
- Lichfield District Council reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances require.
- Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.
- Winners will be contacted by email on Friday 6 June 2025.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, the prize may be offered to another entrant.
- Lichfield District Council is not responsible for the quality of the products supplied/fitted - each competition winner must make their own decision as to whether or not they wish to proceed with the competition prize based on their own due diligence and checks.
- Personal data submitted through the microsoft form will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winners, in line with Lichfield District Council’s privacy policy.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Lichfield District Council reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway at any time.
