Reasons you can appeal a bill

You can appeal a bill in relation to:

  • Liability (for example you feel your name should not be on the bill or the dates you have been billed for are incorrect).
  • Discounts and exemptions (for example you feel you should have been granted single person discount, student discount, etc).
  • Applying a premium (for example you feel we should have removed a premium - such as second or empty homes premium).
  • Reductions for disabilities (for example you feel we should have granted a disabled band reduction)
