If you owe money to us and haven’t yet been able to pay it, we may contact you through our partner Payment Plan.
What is Payment Plan?
Payment Plan provides a simple, secure online service to help you:
- understand what you owe
- spread payments in a way you can afford
- set up a plan quickly and easily
It is designed to be straightforward and flexible, so you can manage your payments without added stress.
Why we use it
We know that sometimes payments get missed or are difficult to keep up with, particularly when amounts are smaller but have been outstanding for some time.
Rather than letting this build up or moving straight to more formal action, we use Payment Plan to:
- get in touch in a clear and simple way
- offer manageable repayment options
- help you get back on track
Our aim is to support you to resolve things early, where possible.
Who this applies to
Payment Plan is used for older, lower-value debts where payment has not been made through our usual processes.
If your account is included, you may receive a text message or email from us inviting you to set up a payment plan.
What happens if you get a text or email from Payment Plan
If you receive a message, it will:
- explain what you owe
- give you a secure link to the Payment Plan service
- allow you to set up a repayment plan based on what you can afford
You can complete everything online in a few minutes, at a time that suits you.
