Lichfield District Council is preparing a new Local Plan to guide growth and development across the district from 2026 to 2046. The plan will shape future housing, employment, infrastructure, transport, community facilities and environmental protection. As the plan develops, residents, businesses and stakeholders will have opportunities to help shape its priorities and future direction.
