We are in contact with all known rough sleepers in the district to encourage them into accommodation during the current weather conditions, as part of our severe weather emergency protocol, which is now active. We are upgrading our revenues and benefits back office system today (Friday 19 June). This means our teams will have limited access to customer records and documents and may not be able to respond to detailed council tax, benefits and business rates enquiries. We expect full service to resume from late Monday morning following final testing - we will remove this mesage when the system upgrade is complete. Thank you for your understanding.
