Where is my caddy pack?
We are working hard to deliver to every home in the district. If you are worried we may have missed your delivery, please use our online checker.
If you type your street name and it does not appear, we haven’t yet completed deliveries in your street yet.
The checker is updated at the end of each day, once the day’s deliveries have been completed. If you think we forgot to deliver your caddy today, please check after 6pm once our updates are completed.
If your address does appear, please complete the form and we will ensure a caddy pack is delivered to you before weekly food waste collections begin on Monday 20 July.
