We finished the food waste caddy pack deliveries to local homes.
You should have recieved the following in your pack:
- A small kitchen food waste caddy
- A larger outdoor food waste caddy
- A roll of liners (enough for 52 weekly collections)
- Instructions on how to recycle your food waste
Our teams delivered over 160,000 caddies to over 80,000 homes and whilst we have tried to ensure we reached every home and put everything in each pack, it is possible we may have missed a few homes, or forgotten to put a few items in every pack - if this affects you, we are really sorrry.
Please let us know if you we have not delivered yours, or if you have any missing or damaged items.
Flats and communal bin stores
If you live in a block of flats or have a communal bin store, you will receive a kitchen caddy later this year - we will also work with your landlord or freeholder to provide a new food waste bin for your bin store.
