What to do if you have missing or damaged items
We should have delivered you:
- A small kitchen food waste caddy
- A larger outdoor food waste caddy
- A roll of liners (enough for 52 weekly collections)
- Instruction leaflet all about the service
If you are missing any of the above or you have received a damaged caddy, please fill in the online form and we will deliver the missing item(s) to you before 20 July when the service starts.
