Our teams delivered over 160,000 caddies to over 80,000 homes and whilst we have tried to ensure we reached every home and put everything in each pack, it is possible we may have missed a few homes, or forgotten to put a few items in every pack - if this affects you, we are really sorry. If you have already reported your issues, we will deliver your pack or missing/replacement items as soon as possible - there's no need to tell us again. If you haven't yet told us about your issue, please fill in our online report form

With temperatures set to rise this week, our waste and recycling crews will be starting collections from 5am to help protect staff working in the extreme heat. Please help us by putting your bins, bags and caddies out the night before your collection day. Thank you for your understanding and support - it will help us continue to deliver services safely during the hot weather.
