After you apply
Once we receive your application we will:
- acknowledge it within one working day and send you a notice that must be displayed in the window of the premises for 14 days.
- publish the notice on our website.
This is so that the public and neighbouring businesses have the opportunity to make representations about the application.
We will also consult with:
- Staffordshire County Council (the Highway Authority).
- Staffordshire Police.
- Staffordshire Fire & Rescue.
- Lichfield District Council (including environmental health, planning and conservation teams).
- Lichfield City Council (if in the city centre).
- Lichfield Civic Society (if in the city centre).
- Ward councillors.
- Any other relevant people or organisations.
