Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan Independent Examiners Report October 2025

The Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan Review has been independently examined by Mr Christopher Collison of Planning and Management Ltd in October 2025. The Independent Examiner has found that subject to the recommended modifications, the Neighbourhood Plan Review meets the Basic Conditions and confirmed that no referendum was required because the modifications do not change the nature of the plan. The Independent Examiner therefore recommended that the Neighbourhood Plan Review is made subject to the specified modifications.
