We've written to just under 2,000 residents across the district this week to let them know their bin day or week will be changing from this week onwards (2 - 6 February). If you receive a letter it will explain exactly what’s happening and what you need to do.

These changes will help us rebalance collection rounds, plan for future housing growth, and prepare for the Government’s forthcoming food waste collection scheme. If you have any questions, please WhatsApp our team on 01543 308171 or email waste.strategy@lichfielddc.gov.uk.

We're so grateful to you for your support and understanding which helps us to continue to deliver a reliable and sustainable waste service to local homes.
