Fazeley Neighbourhood Development Plan Submission
Fazeley Town Council have submitted the Fazeley Neighbourhood Development Plan to the District Council and are undertaking a public consultation prior to its examination. The public consultation is taking place between Monday 3rd August 2026 and Monday 14th September 2026.
The submitted Fazeley Neighbourhood Development Plan and its accompanying documents are:

- Fazeley Neighbourhood Development Plan Consultation statement
- Fazeley Neighbourhood Development Plan Basic Conditions statement
- Strategic Environmental Assessment & Habitats Regulations Assessment Screening Report – Fazeley Neighbourhood Development Plan
During the consultation, hard copies of the plan and its associated documents will be available for inspection on reception at Lichfield District Council during normal working hours. It will also be available for inspection at Mile Oak Community Centre at the following days/times:
- Saturday, Sunday and Tuesdays: 6.00pm until 9.00pm
- Fridays: 9.00am to 12.00pm

Neighbourhood area designation
The Fazeley neighbourhood area has been designated having been approved 11 July 2018.
