Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan Review Submission & Regulation 16 Consultation.

Shenstone Parish Council has now submitted the Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan Review to Lichfield District Council. In accordance with section 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 the District Council are consulting on the Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan Review between Monday 11th August 2025 and Wednesday 17th September 2025.

The documents are available to be viewed online. During the consultation, hard copies will be available for inspection at the District Council House during normal working hours and at Shenstone Library during its opening hours.

You can make representations on the Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan Review through our consultation portal or by using the representation form. Representations can be submitted electronically by using the consultation portal or by emailing completed forms to; developmentplans@lichfielddc.gov.uk or by post to the following address:

If you wish to be informed of the council's decision on the neighbourhood plan proposal, then please state this within your representation or tick the appropriate box on the representation form.

It is the responsibility of the district council to collate all the representations and pass them onto the independent examiner, who will look at them and the neighbourhood plan documents when assessing whether the plan meets the basic conditions and can proceed to referendum.

The consultation period lasts for 6 weeks and runs from Monday 11th August 2025 to Wednesday 17th September 2025 closing at 11:59pm
