Conservation Area Data

This dataset shows the location of Lichfield Districts’ 22 Conservation Areas. Planning permission is required within conservation areas for works to alter or demolish a building. In addition, six weeks notice must be given to the council prior to any works being carried out to trees. This can be found here Conservation areas | LichfieldDC-Data

Our datasets for Article 4 Directions, Listed Building Curtilage and Tree Preservation Orders are currently in progress to be published.

The data is also available to view and download on the Government's map of planning data for England.
