This page explains which roundabouts are either owned by Lichfield District Council or maintained by us under an agreement with another organisation, such as Staffordshire County Council or a parish council.
Where we maintain a roundabout, this may include grass cutting, planting, weed control and general upkeep of landscaped areas.
Where we carry out maintenance on behalf of another organisation, we do so to a specification and frequency agreed with the organisation responsible for that roundabout. This means that decisions about how often maintenance takes place, the standard to which it is carried out and any investment in improvements remain the responsibility of the owning organisation.
If you believe a roundabout maintained on behalf of another organisation is not being maintained frequently enough or to an appropriate standard, you should contact the organisation responsible for that roundabout, as they determine the maintenance requirements and service standards.
If a roundabout is not listed on this page, it is not owned by Lichfield District Council and is not maintained by us. Responsibility for roundabouts not listed on this pae will normally rest with Staffordshire County Council, National Highways, a parish council, a developer or another landowner.
The tables below show who owns each roundabout and who is responsible for maintaining it.
