We have had printing issue with a small number of poll cards that have been issued for the forthcoming Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner election on 2 May. If you receive a second poll card please destroy the first poll card you received, and use the second one. The replacement poll cards will be clearly marked to show you which one to retain. Whilst you can take your poll card to the polling station, remember you don't need it to vote, but you must remember to bring your voter ID. Thank you for your understanding.

Waste encroaching on a public road
Waste that attracts pests or vermin
A house that is causing health and safety issues for nearby homes (damp or smells)
Gardens causing health and safety issues for nearby homes

We recommend that you contact the owner before making a complaint. It could lead to a faster solution.

If you wish to report dirty streets or dumped rubbish/fly tipping on public land, please use the relevant forms.

We will only investigate reports of accumulation of waste if they are posing a nuisance or a risk to health and safety.

We do not operate a 24 hour response to complaints.
