How to sign up for free
The scheme is free to join - you can drop in anytime to sign up at:
- Lichfield District Council's reception desk, which is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (not including bank holidays).
You (or your carer) will choose what information is included on your wristband, lanyard or keyring and it will not be stored anywhere else, apart from on your chosen device.
You may need to wait a little while if our reception team is serving someone else and we are grateful to you for your patience.
