Competition terms and conditions
- This giveaway is open to residents of, and businesses located in, Lichfield District aged 16 or over.
- Entries from anyone outside of Lichfield District will not be included in the prize draw.
- Employees of Lichfield District Council/LWMTS or any partner organisations directly involved in this promotion are not eligible to enter.
- The giveaway runs until Sunday 12 April 2026 at midnight - entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
- To enter, participants must complete the official competition entry form.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- The available prizes are listed above.
- Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
- Lichfield District Council reserves the right to substitute a prize of lesser, equal or greater value should circumstances require.
- Should a supplier withdraw a prize at any point, during or after the close of the competition, Lichfield District Council is not responsible for offering an alternative prize and no financial compensation will be payable.
- Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.
- Winners will be contacted by Friday 24 April 2026 by email from an @lichfielddc.gov.uk email address only*.
- If a winner does not respond by Frday 1 May 2026, the prize will be withdrawn - any contact after this date will recieve an apology email - no complaints about this will be processed.
- We have worked with local suppliers and carried out checks on Companies House to ensure the companies are trading appropriately.
- Lichfield District Council is not however able to endorse any supplier and is not responsible for the quality of the products supplied/fitted - each competition winner must make their own decision as to whether or not they wish to proceed with the competition prize based on their own due diligence and checks.
- Personal data submitted through the Microsoft form will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winners, in line with Lichfield District Council’s privacy policy.
- Where a customer has indicated they wish to receive further information, they will be added to the Lichfield District Council and Community Safety Partnership mailing lists.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Lichfield District Council reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway at any time.
- Lichfield District Council’s decision is final and no correspondence/complaints will be entered into in relation to the prize draw.
*How we will contact the winners
- We will contact winners from an @lichfielddc.gov.uk email address only.
- If you receive an email regarding this competition from any other email address, please contact us at community.safety@lichfielddc.gov.uk to check its validity.
- We will not ask for payment, gift cards, cryptocurrency, one-time passcodes, or remote access to award your prize.
- If you have any questions, please email us community.safety@lichfielddc.gov.uk, not from the message you receive.
