Data protection policy – Restrictions

We are aware of scam emails claiming residents are entitled to a council tax credit or refund. These emails have not been sent from Lichfield District Council and should be ignored. Do not click any links or provide personal or banking information. If you have already responded, contact your bank immediately and report the incident to Action Fraud or by calling 0300 123 2040.

We're really sorry but we are currently experiencing delays with replacement and additional bin and bag deliveries.

We're aiming to deliver outstanding blue, garden bins and smaller 180-litre black bins by 9 October.
We are however sorry that deliveries of blue bags and standard 240L black bins are likely to take longer – find out what to do if you are waiting for one of these.

If you've already submitted a request, there’s no need to submit another one - we’ll deliver your bin or bag as soon as we can.

Restrictions

In certain circumstances we are permitted to restrict the above rights and our obligations as well as depart from the principles.

Any restriction will be in accordance with the law.
