Housing for over 55s

Houlbrook House provides sheltered accommodation for single people and couples aged over 55. It is managed by the registered social landlord Bromford Support.

The scheme is designed to promote independent living for older people. High quality accommodation that includes 24 hours emergency alarm call system. A joined up approach to support empowers customers to maximise their independence and make their own choices about the services they receive. Applicants must have a disability or support need.

Houlbrook House consists of 27 properties comprising of 14 one-bedroom bungalows, 12 one-bedroom flats and one two-bedroom flat. In addition there are extensive facilities including laundry facilities, visitor's guestroom, communal lounge and gardens.

There are various social activities, which all residents are welcome and encouraged to join in with.
