Housing for over 55s

Pearce Court provides sheltered accommodation for single people and couples aged over 55. It is managed by the registered social landlord Housing and Care 21. The scheme is designed to promote independent living for older people. High quality accommodation that includes 24 hour emergency alarm call system. A joined up approach to support empowers customers to maximise their independence and make their own choices about the services they receive.

Pearce court consists of 23 properties comprising of studio apartments, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats. Applicants can take existing pets but are not allowed to replace the pets if they pass away.

Frequent social activities include summer fete, garden parties, coffee mornings, quiz nights, fish and chips, bingo, outings and social evenings organised by manager, residents and friends.
