Housing for over 55s

Franciscan View provides sheltered accommodation for single people and couples aged over 55.

It is managed by the registered social landlord Bromford Support and aims to enable independent living in the community for the over 55s.

With onsite housing related support to offer advice, guidance and signposting along with our joined up approach with other agencies involved with the care and support of our customers we empower individuals to make their own choices about the services they receive.

Franciscan View is based in the centre of Lichfield offering great quality, independent accommodation for individuals over 55 years of age. The scheme consists of 54 properties comprising;  50 one-bed apartments and 4 two-bed apartments.

In addition to the on-site support there are other facilities available including a communal lounge which all customers can utilise, a guestroom for visitors and outdoor sitting area.

There are various social activities, which all customers are welcome and encouraged to join in with.
