The crisis and resilience fund is managed by Staffordshire County Council and provides short-term financial support to people and families in need to:
- help people quickly so that small money problems do not become big crises
- help people cope better if something unexpected happens again
- reduce the need for emergency support in the future
- connect people to the right local support, such as advice services and community organisations
Help provided can include supermarket vouchers, fuel payments and funded holiday activities for children that includes food.
You cannot apply directly for the fund. Currently if you are in financial crisis and need support through the crisis and resilience fund, we recommend you reach out to the Lichfield Family Hub who can make an application on your behalf.
Longer-term more organisation will be trained to apply to the fund and we'll update this page with further details.
