Aims of the fund

The Crisis and Resilience Fund in Staffordshire aims to:

  • help people quickly so that small money problems do not become big crises
  • help people cope better if something unexpected happens again
  • reduce the need for emergency support in the future
  • connect people to the right local support, such as advice services and community organisations                                                             

Oil crisis payment applications are open. Applications for other crisis payments are expected to open in July 2026.

How to apply

The Crisis and Resilience Fund is administered by Staffordshire County Council on behalf of councils across Staffordshire. All applications are managed directly by Staffordshire County Council, and decisions are made by them.
