Refunds
We do not normally refund licence fees as the fees cover our processing costs.
We will only consider a refund in exceptional circumstances.
Charges for Statutory Notices Housing Act 2004
Where there is a requirement to issue an improvement notice, emergency remedial action notice, prohitiion order, emergency prohibition order or a demolition order, these will be charged at an hourly officer rate including any associated administration costs.
