We are currently unable to accept bookings for bulky and scrap waste collections due to a technical issue affecting both our online booking form and our customer services team. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will remove this message once the service is available again. If you have already booked a collection and it has not been collected as scheduled, there is no need to contact us. We are reviewing all affected bookings and will contact customers directly where a collection has been missed. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
