View enforcement notices
The Local Planning Authority Enforcement Notice register can be viewed online - enforcement notice register.
You can perform a simple search by property address, reference number or a keyword. Alternatively, you can perform an advanced search for a type of notice or notices served during a particular time frame.
You can also request a copy of an enforcement notice. There is a administrative charge for this service.
Compliance with an enforcement notice
Where an enforcement notice has been served to remedy a breach of planning control, you can request that our planning enforcement team confirm in writing whether the council agrees that the notice has been complied with. There is a charge for this service of £200 which reflects the cost of officer time to respond to the request.
To request this service please email planenforcement@lichfielddc.gov.uk with details of the property address and notice reference number, if you have it. We will provide you with details of how to make the payment.
