Bulky and scrap collections

You must ensure your item(s) are outside your property (next to your usual bin collection point) and ready for collection at 6.30am on your chosen collection day. Please ensure that your item(s):

• are out on time at your bin collection point

• do not contain glass/mirror (not including washing machine doors)

• are no longer than 75 inches/190cm – items larger than this will not fit into the back of our vehicle

• can be moved by 1 person (scrap) / 2 people (bulky)

• have not been taken by a scrap merchant/third party before we arrive

• are not rain soaked (please ensure your items are as dry as possible/covered as we cannot take rain soaked/wet items)

• does not contain other rubbish (please remove food from fridges, clothing from wardrobes etc)

Unfortunately we will not take your items and cannot offer refunds if you do not comply with the above. We also do not offer refunds if your items are taken by a third-party/scrap merchant before we arrive.
