Our community safety campaigns, run in partnership with our community safety partnership, aim tackles a local issue each month - from car theft and cyber crime to home burglaries and even air fryer fires.
These campaigns aren’t just informative, they’re engaging, fun, and effective at raising awareness across the community.
We’re inviting any local businesses who operates in the community safety space to get involved by donating a prize to support our monthly campaign competitions.
In return, you'll get powerful visibility and show your commitment to protecting the community we all share.
What you’ll be supporting
Each campaign focuses on promoting positive safety behaviours - from locking car doors to fitting window locks or installing smart doorbells - or even how to avoid cyber crime.
We create:
- An engaging online campaign hub with practical safety tips and competition entry, validated by our police and/fire colleagues.
- Press coverage that highlights our sponsors
- Social media features across our channels with a reach of 17,000+
- Newsletter inclusion sent to 38,000+ subscribers (with a whopping 51% open rate!)

How It works
- You donate a prize (could be a product, gift voucher, or service)
- We build and launch the campaign featuring your business - other like minded businesses may also join in the campaign
- The community enters the competition by engaging with our safety messages
- We promote you as part of our comms, which at a very minimum will include a press release featuring your company name, two social media posts a week for the campaign tagging your company, inclusion of the competition in a newsletter to over 38,000 residents and a press release after the campaign, again featuring your company name
