Boosting Beacon
Beacon Park would benefit greatly from the following:
- An accessible jumper for children, to be more inclusive for those in manual wheelchairs
- A sail shade structure for yoga and wellbeing sessions
Burntwood Park
Could you help us improve Burntwood Park in any of the below areas?
- Support in creating new footpaths
- Help to create a new dropped kerb for accessibility
- Purchasing a defibrillator
- Providing a new bike rack
Burntwood Scouts
Burntwood Scouts would gratefully appreciate support with any of the following:
- A new roof for their scout hut
- Assistance in recruiting new scout leaders
- Sensory beds for scout members
Tackling bed poverty
We welcome any initiatives or donations that could help to tackle bed poverty locally.
Our Housing Team and Tenancy Sustainment Team
We welcome any support or volunteer hours that could help vulnerable individuals, such as:
- Organising and paying for a skip to be delivered and picked up for individuals in need
- Assisting in redecorating houses or loading and unloading furniture
- Contributing towards costs of temporary accommodation
- Grants to Lichfield Street Aid
Lichfield Garrick Theatre & Studio
Lichfield Garrick is a registered charity, whose work with local schools and support for youth theatres is only made possible through fundraising. If you would like to support any of the initiatives on their community noticeboard, you can become a Lichfield Garrick sponsor.
Gamers’ Wellbeing
Gamers’ Wellbeing is a supportive space in Lichfield for people dealing with anxiety and social isolation. They would welcome donated gaming equipment of any kind (i.e. board games, card games, and video games).
Adaptive bikes
We would love to invest in adaptive bikes for communal use to make cycling accessible to residents with disabilities and long-term health conditions.

Staffordshire Network for Mental Health
Staffordshire Network for Mental Health would be grateful for free room hire in the local area to run free mental health workshops and one-to-one sessions.
Liberty Jamboree
Liberty Jamboree is an inclusive youth service based in Lichfield for 8-35-year-olds, offering a wide range of provisions for young people with neurodiverse barriers, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
They are in the process of building a new youth centre in Lichfield and would love to receive any unwanted furniture or supplies for an adaptable kitchen. They would gratefully accept any HR support or training to help develop their website. In exchange, they would love to provide free advice on SEND and/or SEMH to support employee needs and help your organisation to grow and adapt.
Getin2it
Getin2it for young people is a diversionary programme working with young people aged between 7 - 19 years across the district, offering free positive activities (such as street dance, football, rock climbing and kickboxing) and opportunities on a weekly basis. The prevention programme tackles anti-social behaviour and crime across the district in identified hot spot areas delivering both universal and targeted sessions.
We are always looking for support to help fund our activities and would welcome any financial aid that you are able to offer.
Lichfield Christian Schools Work Trust
LCSWT are a registered charity that have been working in Lichfield and its surrounding areas for over 20 years. Their "Engage" program specifically delivers one-to-one mentoring on a weekly basis to students who need additional support and guidance, as well as young people that may be experiencing anxiety or self-confidence issues. As part of the "Bridge Builders" program, they work with Year 11 & 12 students, providing mock-interviews, CV writing support and help so that they can develop the skills and confidence needed to promote their employability.
