If you need help to complain

If you are struggling to make a complaint yourself, we can assist you to do this - we would recommend you book an appointment with our customer services team.

Alternatively, we are happy to work with your representative (for example a neighbour, friend, relative or representative) provided you give us your authority to work with your chosen named representative. Please let us know who your representative is when you submit your stage one complaint, or later if you want extra help as complaint progresses.
