What to expect
We have launched live chat which lets you talk to our team digitally and is a great way to get in touch with us quickly and easily - you can also communicate with us in a range of languages using live chat.
You'll find live chat in the bottom right of your screen when it's open.
Our live chat is open weekdays, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and is managed by our customer services team, who also handle all our contact centre calls.
When you contact us through live chat, we will do our best to answer you within two minutes and we thank you for your patience if it takes us a little longer to get back to you.
During busy times, we may disable live chat and, if we do, the icon will not be available - we will only ever disable live chat when our team are busy answering telephone calls and the wait on live chat would be too long.
