SignLive

We provide an online live BSL interepretation service in partnership with SignLive that is accessible online or face to face. Find out how to use SignLive online

BSL users can also ask to speak to us using SignLive at reception. We will provide a tablet that will connect the BSL speaking customer to an interpreter who will sign a BSL user's conversation to us, and sign our team's responses back to the BSL speaking customer. Just ask to use SignLive when you arrive at reception. 

Customer services is available weekdays, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

We are usually very busy first thing on a Monday morning (or Tuesday after a bank holiday) and at lunchtimes, so please be aware you may have a short wait at these times.
