We are currently unable to accept bookings for bulky and scrap waste collections due to a technical issue affecting both our online booking form and our customer services team. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will remove this message once the service is available again. If you have already booked a collection and it has not been collected as scheduled, there is no need to contact us. We are reviewing all affected bookings and will contact customers directly where a collection has been missed. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We're really sorry but we are currently experiencing delays with replacement blue bags and standard 240 litre (normal sized) black bins

If you've already submitted a request, there’s no need to submit another one - we’ll deliver your black bin or blue bag as soon as we can.

You can still put your cardboard out for collection while waiting for a blue bag either:
- Flatten and fold larger cardboard into bundles roughly the size of a blue recycling bag and stack them neatly next to your bins.
- Put smaller cardboard items into a reusable shopping bag or bag-for-life - our crews will empty the cardboard and leave your bag for you to reuse.

If you have no usable bin and need urgent assistance, please WhatsApp us on 01543 308171.
