We are really sorry if we missed your bin yesterday. Unfortunately, an issue at one of our disposal sites meant our crews and vehicles had to travel further than usual to dispose of waste and recycling. This increased journey times and, despite everyone's best efforts, meant we were unable to complete a number of streets. If your bin or bag wasn't emptied as a result, please leave it out and we will return to empty it as soon as possible. We are very grateful for everyone's patience and understanding while we work to get back on track. If your collection is due later this week, please put your bins and bags out as normal.
