How to get help
If you, or someone you are supporting, needs help from our tenancy sustainment team, please email tenancysustainment@lichfielddc.gov.uk.
Please include a name and telephone number so we can get in touch.
Our duty officer will contact you/the person you are supporting as soon as possible - this may however not be the same day, and we do operate a waiting list if we have a lot of requests for help at any one time.
We will talk to you about what is happening, what you are worried about and the support that might help.
Where specialist support is needed, we will help connect you with the right service and, where appropriate, continue working with you alongside them.
If you are facing the threat of homelessness within the next 56 days, please make a homelessness application and we will refer you to the tenancy sustainment team if we feel it could support your circumstances.
