We charge for the following documents which will only be emailed as follows:

Decision notices (including appeal decisions) & enforcement notices (available in 5 working days) from 1974 £10 - apply online
Decision notices (including appeal decisions) & enforcement notices (available in 1 working day) from 1997 £20 - apply online
Planning property history search £50 - apply online
Copies of approved/refused plans (per set) £50 - email the team
Discharge of conditions letters (including compliance checks) £43 for householder or £145 for all others - email the team
