Invalid advice fees
It is vital that you ensure your application is correct (known as valid) before you submit it to the Planning Portal.
If your applicaton is not valid, we will contact you to let you know why your application is not valid.
At this point, you can either withdraw your planning application which will mean we will let the Planning Portal know to issue you a partial refund, less a 10% administration charge.
Alternatively, you can choose to use our planning advice services and we'll help you correct your application so that it can be made valid.
Our invalid service is an optional planning advice service - you can choose to have your application returned if you do not wish to pay it.
