Planning fees – Copies of planning permission decision notices

Businesses with premises licences are being warned about a new scam. Fraudsters posing as council officials are contacting licence holders, claiming their licence is expiring or that fees are due. They may ask for payment to a personal account.

Important: Premises licences do not expire, and any fees will always be handled by the council through the usual process. Payments are never requested over the phone.

If in doubt, contact the council directly to verify any claims.

Copies of planning permission decision notices

If you would like copies of planning permission decision notices, each copy costs:

£10 to receive it within five working days.
£20 to receive it within one working day.

We will email you the planning permission decision notice/s unless you specifically ask for us to post it to you as part of this form.

We can only provide decision notice/s for applications received and determined after 1 April 1974.
