Planning obligations

Infrastructure funding statement

Any local authority that has received developer contributions is required to publish an annual infrastructure funding statement.

The statement provides a summary of all financial and non-financial developer contributions received from planning obligations, such as Section 106 agreements and CIL, within the district.
