Trader selection
Registering your interest is not an automatic confirmation of a pitch. To ensure a high-quality and balanced festival experience, pitches will be awarded by the events team based on:
- Product quality and uniqueness.
- A strong mix of food, drink and artisan traders.
- Local and regional representation.
- Avoiding duplication of similar offers.
- Suitability for pitch size and location.
This approach allows us to create the best possible event for visitors while supporting a diverse range of traders.
Successful traders will receive full event information, including site maps, set-up times and event guidance once pitches are confirmed.
