Ordering an additional black bin if I need more capacity 

You can apply for an additional black bin if you have: 

• 6+ people living in your household (full time) 
• 5+ people living in your household (including 1 child under 3 years of age) 
• 4+ people living in your household (including 2 children under 3 years of age) 
• Your household generates more waste as a result of a medical condition that is not toxic/hazardous, such as additional medical packaging. If you produce toxic/hazardous clinical waste (such as syringes, sharps, dressings or bodily fluids) these cannot be disposed of in your black bin - please find out about what to do with clinical waste

We are committed to encouraging recycling - as part of this, we provide extra blue/recycling bins free of charge.

Lost bins, bag or caddy

• If your black bin has been lost/stolen, you will be asked to make a payment of £25.00 – please have your debit or credit card handy.  
• There is no charge for replacement lost or stolen blue/garden/purple bins , blue bags and outdoor food caddies.

Damaged bins, bag or caddy

• We will only provide a replacement if we can pick up the damaged bin, bag or caddy.
• Once you have filled in the form, please use your bin, bag or caddy as normal and put it out for the next few weeks on your usual collection day (regardless of colour) and we will swap it as soon as we can.
• There is no charge to replace broken bins, bags or caddies.
