Voluntary and community sector funding 2027–2030
About the funding programme
The Community and Voluntary Sector (CVS) funding programme supports voluntary and community organisations delivering projects and services that make a positive difference to residents across Lichfield District and contribute to the outcomes of the Lichfield District 2050 Strategy.
Over the three-year funding period from April 2027 to March 2030, £1,172,367 is available through the programme, including:
- £500,000 for community transport projects
- £672,367 for other community and voluntary sector projects.
The funding supports projects that help create:
- Confident communities
- Prosperous communities
- Active communities
- Green communities.
Applications for CVS funding 2027–2030 are now closed
The application deadline for Voluntary and Community Sector (CVS) funding 2027–2030 has now passed and no further applications will be accepted. Applications closed at 5pm on Thursday 10 September 2026.
We would like to thank all organisations that submitted an application. Applications received by the deadline will now be assessed against the criteria set out in the prospectus.
